GEORGIA DOME – Chocolate Covered Strawberry – Covered in chocolate like The Dome covered our Atlanta Falcons. Strawberry cheesecake is infused with Champagne, covered with dark chocolate ganache, and resting on a graham cracker cookie crust and topped with a fresh strawberry.

BANKHEAD SHAWTY (Red Velvet) – Chunks of scratch-made red velvet cake marry with Old Atlanta cheesecake, resting on a chocolate cookie crust, then finished with fresh whipped cream fleck with red velvet cake crumbs.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY – Chocolate cheesecake is infused with raspberry liqueur roasted raspberries, topped with a raspberry resting on a graham cracker cookie crust.

BUCKHEAD BERRY – Orange liqueur soaked seasonal berries are swirled into our Old Atlanta cheesecake on a graham cracker crust and topped with a orange liqueur whipped cream and fresh berries.

OLD ATLANTA –  Nothing like old Atlanta: Classic! Cream cheese accompanied with pure vanilla extract, sour cream, and hints of freshly squeezed lemon juice, resting atop a pecan shortbread cookie crust, and finished with a sour cream topping lightly dusted with cinnamon. (offered with plain shortbread crust)
